Magician
go to a bar, or a library, or a café — any place with many people. notice your space. What would be a fun object to spontaneously appear? How would it affect the space and the people in it, if it suddenly appeared? Now how about another object? Now another? Imagine yourself pulling out the object, instead of the object spontaneously appearing. How would the others in the room react to you? To the object? Try this with at least 8 different objects. Then, stand up from your seat in a way you normally wouldn’t. Try this 8 different times. To exit the exercise, go outside and spin around to reset yourself in your environment. Feel free to make the noise that comes naturally to you

Warrior
go outside and sit on the ground, in a position that feels intuitive. Feel free to use your hands for supporting your body. let yourself gently fall, and catch yourself with your arms or forearms. there is no exact position for doing this. but let yourself roll over to one side or the other, and catch yourself so that you are not too hurt. tuck your head in to protect your neck and your head, and as you fall, make sure to protect your head, keeping it controlled, and have it so that the hands and forearms hit the ground first, before your shoulders. you may be hurt a little bit, but you will not really be hurt. get back up to a position of stability. let yourself fall in a different way. does it hurt a little? try several different ways of falling, and several ways of getting back to a seated or a semi-seated position. feel free to repeat the same fall several times to see what it feels like. feel free to try falling from a starting position that looks like a crawl, with your belly closer to the ground, rather than your back. feel free to practice rotating in various ways as you fall. If this is starting to get easier, do not stand up all the way, but let yourself increase the distance between yourself and the ground. Fall more, but continue to practice catching yourself

King
find a flat surface, and 11 objects of the same type. these can be rocks, marbles, cups, lighters. it helps if it is an object that pleases you to look at in some way and pleases you to move around. you can play with scale — these can be small objects or large objects, but know you will be moving them around. take these objects and maneuver them around a flat surface, arranging them in some kind of order. try out 5 different orders. the order is up to you, and is open to your subjective thoughts, feelings, and preferences. how did it go? now try 2 more. you can stack them on top of each other and maneuver them in multiple dimensions. then try 2 more, then 2 more, for a total of 11 attempts at putting the objects into some kind of order. this can include sorting them by color, size, or shape, as well as as putting them into different shapes on the flat surface
the king is a choreographing mode, this is a choreographing game
Lover
feel your whole body. take your energy and make move your energy down into your gut like it is a beautiful ball. how does it feel? now take that same energy and expand it out into your body, up to 3 inches outside of yourself. How does that feel? Now take that energy and fill up the entire building you are in! Now bring that energy back to your 3-inch extended body, and then back into your gut. Now take that energy and bring it out as far as you can, and then bring it back to where you feel comfortable. Keep it there for 20 seconds before leaving the exercise
